Section 2. Dispute resolution agencies
IntroductionThis section provides an overview of the role of dispute resolution agencies within the legal system. It describes 24 of these agencies operating in New South Wales and reports on their published collection of demographic and usage data, as well as the purpose, scope, methodology and limitations of the statistical analysis undertaken in this study. More detail on usage statistics of agencies is available in Appendix 6.
