Unrepresented parties and the Equal Opportunity Tribunal: a survey of Tribunals and recommendations for change  

, 2000 This project examines procedures in comparable Tribunals, and makes recommendations to the Administrative Decisions Tribunal (NSW) about the procedures in the Equal Opportunity Division (EOD), in order to make the EOD more accessible, especially to unrepresented parties.
