1. Senior Quantitative Researcher

The Foundation is seeking a Senior Quantitative Researcher to join its well-respected team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your data manipulation and visualisation skills in the justice sector.

Working arrangements: Fixed term contract – two years with potential for permanent role. Full time or part time. Flexible working hours available. This role is based in the Foundation’s CBD offices.

Salary: Dependent on qualifications and experience. Salary range $110,000 to $130,000 plus super.

Role: The role is to participate and lead in the processing, statistical analysis, reporting and visualisation of legal assistance and other administrative data to provide informed and accessible products to assist service delivery in the justice sector. The exact nature of the role will vary depending on the seniority of the researcher and research projects underway.

Essential requirements: The Senior Quantitative Researcher role requires a post-graduate qualification in a quantitative social science statistics, data science, or other relevant discipline and demonstrated experience in undertaking data analysis for research purposes, such as in an academic, public-sector, not-for-profit organisation or applied research organisation. Recruitment at the Senior Researcher level requires at least 5 years’ relevant experience.

2. Quantitative Researcher

Salary: Dependent on qualifications and experience. Salary range $85,000 to $105,000 plus super.

Role: The role is to assist in the processing, statistical analysis, reporting and visualisation of legal assistance and other administrative data to provide informed and accessible products to assist service delivery in the justice sector. The exact nature of the role will vary depending on the seniority of the researcher and research projects underway.

Essential requirements: The Researcher role requires a tertiary qualification in a quantitative social science statistics, data science, or other relevant discipline and demonstrated experience in undertaking data analysis for research purposes, such as in an academic, public-sector, not-for-profit organisation or applied research organisation. Recruitment at the Researcher level requires at least 2 years’ relevant experience.

3. Executive Officer

With a number of exciting current projects, the Foundation wishes to recruit an Executive Officer to provide executive, coordination and administration support to the Director and senior managers. This is an opportunity to be involved with an organisation making a valuable contribution to the justice system in NSW and Australia and would suit someone currently undertaking graduate study in law or the social sciences.

This role is a fixed term position, part-time at 3 days (21 hours) per week for up to two years with potential extensions, is located in the Foundation’s CBD office, with flexible working arrangements available.
