Grant product: Rights deniedRights denied: towards a national policy agenda about abuse, neglect & exploitation of persons with cognitive impairment

A report outlining research findings on the barriers in accessing human and legal rights experienced by victims of abuse, neglect and exploitation who have a disability. The report also reviews current policy and practice responses to abuse, neglect and exploitation of people with disability in NSW, analyses the effectiveness of these responses, and makes recommendations for change to better enable access to legal and civil supports.
