Research Report: Models of contract law

Briefing Note

The Law and Justice Foundation collaborated with the Universities of Melbourne and Newcastle in a project that evaluated the utility of contract law codes in dispute resolution. Using experimental techniques, the project attracted the participation of almost 2,000 law and non-law students from the University of Technology, Sydney; University of Sydney; Macquarie University; University of NSW; University of Western Sydney; Monash University; University of Melbourne; University of Technology, Victoria; Australian National University; and Adelaide University.
