Email law: a planning guide, Law & Justice Foundation of NSW, 2001
This is a guide for organisations considering how to incorporate email into their delivery of free legal assistance. The publication is available in full text on the web in both HTML format and PDF. Lawmail
The LawMail service, which is part of the Lawstuff website, provides young people with the opportunity to ask legal questions via the internet and obtain advice and information from specialist children's solicitors at the National Children's and Youth Law Centre, from anywhere in Australia. An evaluation was carried out of LawMail in 2000 (Youth Speaks: an evaluation of the LawMail service, Jan Willett Research, 2000).

Counsellors Online, Kids Helpline
Kids Help Line is a national counselling service for young people aged 5 to 18 years. It is free, anonymous and confidential. You can chat to a counsellor online or phone on 1800 55 1800.

NSW Rape Crisis Centre
Rape Crisis Online you one to two online contacts with a sexual assault Counsellor. The online counsellor can provide basic information and assistance. More comprehensive support is available over the phone.
